These recommendations on the safe use of intrathecal chemotherapy and intravenous vinca alkaloids were written by NZ Healthcare Pharmacists Association and approved by DHBNZ SQM group following national consultation. They are intended as guidelines and SQM group is currently working to promote adherence nationally.
